Absolutely. We’ll replace all UNUSED kits with manufacturer defects such as missing or deformed slots or tabs. We WILL NOT warranty any used kit.
To find out if your kit is eligible for replacement, contact us with detailed information about the defect, along with close-up pictures of the problem areas. If we can determine that the panels are defective, we will provide a return address. Send the kit back and allow 4-6 weeks for the replacement kit to arrive in the mail.
