Terms of sale
Every kit is cut, folded and packed by hand after you order. That single fact drives the lead time, the pricing, and most of what follows.
Made to order
Nothing sits on a shelf. Expect about two weeks from order to mailbox. If anything is going to take longer than that, you'll be told and offered a refund. That promise is on every kit page and it is the one we hold ourselves to.
Prices and stock
Launch pricing runs while current panel stock lasts, and it ends without notice when the stock does. The price you paid at checkout is the price of your order. Shipping is calculated by Stripe at checkout and shown before you pay. Prices published in previous years are not current and are not honoured.
Payment
Stripe Checkout takes the payment on Stripe's own domain, under their terms. Your order is confirmed when Stripe confirms the payment and you receive their receipt. We can decline an order and refund it in full if we can't build it.
Cancellations and returns
Because a kit is built after you order, tell us as early as possible if you want to cancel. Before fabrication starts we'll refund in full. After it starts, get in touch and we'll work it out case by case. Anything that arrives damaged, mis-cut, or not as described is on us: we'll replace it or refund it. Nothing here removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Using a stove
These are 24-gauge 304 stainless panels that hold live fire. They get hot enough to burn you and hot enough to start a wildfire. Assemble on bare ground or a fire-safe surface, never inside a tent or an unventilated space, and never leave one burning unattended. Carbon monoxide from any solid fuel fire kills in an enclosed space. You are responsible for fire restrictions and burn bans where you are. Used outside these conditions, the risk is yours.
No accessories
What ships is the panel kit described on its page. We don't sell accessories, and a kit page's photographs may show it in use with gear that isn't included.
What's ours
The panel system design, the kit names, the photography and the writing belong to StealthFyre. Don't copy the designs for resale.
Liability
Beyond replacing or refunding a faulty kit, and to the extent the law allows us to limit it, our liability for anything arising from a kit or this website is limited to what you paid for that kit. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes and law
These terms change with the product line, and the date below moves with them. Montana law governs.
